How do I look like Taylor Swift at Prom?

Ok, so , Taylor Swift, at a lot of her different events, will wear a formal dress with cowboy boots. I live in Montana, and I love this idea, but I need some help finding boots and a dress that don’t cost an arm and a leg!
The dress needs to be short, so that you can see the boots. Like this-

    im from england so i can’t really help you, just look in your local shoe shops or even charity shops for the shoes and then look online for a nice dress. I’d reccomend asos.com :)

    but at the idea, i don’t really like it, i think you might regret it when you look back at the pictures. But then again, if you’re sure, its your prom :)

    all u gotta do is find a dress that u’ve seen her wear like in a magizine or sumin, then curl ur hair, and find those cowboy boots. oh and it helps if u have glittery eye shadow
