Thats fair to say, that we may not say it the way GERMANS say it, and that your way is the correct way as it is, but its also fair to say that the vast vast majority of the world says “bock”. Same with “luftwaffe” and “wehrmacht” being pronounced without the v sound. Shit theres probably thousands of words that are like that. It would just sound rediculous to be speaking perfect English and then bust out with “BAHGGHH” lol it just sounds strange, so each language makes their version that flows.
